By downloading or using Impossible Alarm ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Impossible Alarm is an alarm clock application designed to help users wake up through challenge-based mechanics. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Subscriptions

The App offers a free tier with limited features and a Premium subscription with full access. Subscription details:

• Free 3-day trial available for new Premium subscribers.
• Monthly plan: $4.99/month. Yearly plan: $29.99/year.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• No refunds for unused portions of the current billing period.

User Content

The App may allow you to share results and statistics. By sharing, you confirm you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.

Disclaimer

Impossible Alarm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will function without interruption or error. The alarm features depend on iOS system capabilities and device settings. We are not responsible for missed alarms due to device issues, iOS updates, or user settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impossible Alarm and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed alarms or lost sleep.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
